How do Germans see the future in the face of the corona pandemic? This is the first representative study of the German peoples new lives before and during the COVID-19 crisis. Many people became poorer, however not unhappier. Their ideas of prosperity changed, and health became as valuable as money. Time prosperity and a wealth of relationships were added as new qualities of life, and the state also radiated social warmth. Confidence is growing again - even in uncertain times.
